Customer Support Representative (CSR) - Communications
Multiple positions available. Responsible for assisting our clients via video phone communications.
Will participate in all in-house in-bound & outbound support functions for distributors and customers,
including communications, research, compliance, reporting,
commissioning, outbound support calls, as well as corporate investigation and regulation enforcement.
Some data entry may be required. Technical support CSR's will be selected from this position.
Fluency in Spanish a plus but not required.
Administrative Assistant
Supplies administrative support services to an executive, professional group.
Assembles and analyzes fairly complex information or data. Describes results in a written report.
Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision of the executive staff.
Oversees administrative procedures and processes for assigned area.
May from time to time act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external
sources. This is an intermediate level requiring 1-3 years relevant experience.
Must be very computer literate, dependable and attentive to details.
Proficiency in Outlook, Office and Acrobat required.
IT (Information Technology) Technician/Network Assistant
Responsible for production in all areas of computer operations. The ideal candidate will serve as primary liaison for functional
users of supported systems; communicate with users to extract and define functional needs; and convert user needs into system
design specifications including screens, input methodology and data base structure. May serve as project leader or technical
specialist; establish project plans and schedules, identify staffing and resource requirements, and monitor progress providing
status reports as required; develop system definition, architecture and detailed needs analysis including hardware and software
recommendations; oversee the design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation activities, and maintaining contact with vendors.
The successful candidate will have a high level of expertise and experience using HTML, CSS, PHP, PERL, JavaScript, Photoshop,
and other web design and web development tools; be up to date on best practices in web graphic design, information design,
accessibility standards and implementation techniques, browser incompatibility handling techniques, and web page technical
design and coding. The candidate should be knowledgeable with TCP/IP standards and security procedures, firewalls, etc.
Knowledge of WIFI and WIMAX are a plus. Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows networking are a MUST.
Web Designer - Graphic Designer
Candidates will have a high level of expertise and experience using HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, XML/XSL,
Photoshop, and other web design and web development tools; be up to date on best practices in web graphic design, information
design, accessibility standards and implementation techniques, browser incompatibility handling techniques, and web page technical
design and coding. Must be competent in pre-press design procedures, have a working knowledge of spot, CMYK and digital printing
preparation and procedures, and above average experience in Photoshop, PageMaker (or In-Design) and Acrobat.
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or in a related area.
N.A.P.P. members are preferred.
Designers will use current PC software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions,
advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such
as web sites and CD-ROMs. Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas
of use in the organization. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of
tasks. A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected.
Public Relations Manager
Develops and implements policies and procedures for the public relations department. Maintains favorable public image for employer
or client by communicating employer's programs, accomplishments, and/or points of view. Prepares and distributes news releases,
fact sheets, scripts, etc. to media outlets. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Extensive experience in VoIP,
Telephony or related field preferred. Manages a group of public relations and graphic specialists. Must be able to supervise an Adobe products work flow.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to the executive management team.
Marketing Manager
Contributes to the development and implements of strategic marketing plans for the company. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to
best serve the objectives of the company and adjusts plans accordingly. Researches and develops pricing policies and
recommends appropriate sales channels. May require a bachelor's degree and extensive marketing experience.
Able to manage a group of marketing professionals a plus. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Legal Advisor or P.A.
Furnishes businesses with legal advice and recommendations to safeguard the company's lawful privileges and interests.
Directs the organization's legal practices and counsels other legal professionals. Prepares written opinions and guidance
for organization executives. Researches background information related to legal issues, gathers records and files.
Drafts routine contracts or legal agreements. Commences legal proceedings and serves as company defense.
Retains files of prepared legal documents. May obtain external attorney services if necessary.
This is a senior level position requiring a law degree, current state license, and 6-8 years
relevant experience, or equivalent.
Receptionist
The Receptionist is charged with a responsibility that has a lasting impact on the success of SkyNET making a good
first impression. The Receptionist is often the first representatives of our company a visitor or caller encounters, so they need
to be courteous, professional, and helpful. An example of duties are to answer telephones, route calls and greet visitors,
In addition, the Receptionist contributes to office security by helping to monitor the access of visitors.
This position will also assist other department heads as required. Clerical skills and computer literacy is required.
Inventory and Fulfillment
Performs activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials including office and facilities
supplies. Evaluates inventory levels and notifies purchasing agent when reorders are necessary. May perform receiving,
stocking, distributing, and packing in addition to inventory control. Maintains inventory records and prepares reports.
Requires previous inventory control and or shipping experience.
Quality Control Supervisor
Directs quality assurance program and ensures quality problems are identified and resolved.
Develops and implements quality assurance standards, processes, and controls. Evaluates systems,
analyzes data, evaluates products and technology and establishes quality control procedures.
Over sees inspections and audits, and participates in vendor evaluations. Investigates product
quality problems and recommends changes or improvements. Develops methods for inspection,
testing, sampling, and training. Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements,
maintains proper documentation and processes reports. Requires a bachelor's degree, 2-4 years
relevant experience, or equivalent.
Product Manager
Plans and directs all aspects of company's product research and development, quality control, and inventory control departments.
Consults with marketing department to determine customer wants and inform of product availability.
Ability to multi-task and delegate is essential in this position. The Product Manager will manage three separate
departments with individual goals budgets and outcomes. Candidate will rely on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. This position will report to executive management team.
Marketing Assistant
Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities of company's product to include advertising, direct mailing, printing,
customer events, web advertising and trade shows. Plans and conducts market research for development of new products.
2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred. Familiar with standard communication and marketing concepts,
practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required and must posses good
communication skills. Reports to the Marketing Manager.
Accounting Clerk
Performs accounting activities such as, maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and
financial reports. Familiar with Quick Books software. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years
of experience in the field or in a related area. Must be detail oriented. Familiar with standard concepts, practices,
and procedures within the accounting field. Relies on experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform
a variety of tasks. Works under supervision; reports to CFO/executive management. A certain degree of creativity and
latitude is required.
Purchasing Agent
Responsible for all purchases made by the organization. Evaluates and approves vendors and authorizes purchase orders for goods
and/or services. Negotiation skills a must. Experience required. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to
accomplish goals. Reports to CFO/executive management.
Fulfillment & Inventory Clerk
Responsible for sending supplies and products to customers via a variety of delivery methods.
Maintains logs of items mailed. Distributes and collects company mail.
Relies on limited experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a broad variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision; Reports to the Product Manager/senior management.
Returns & Receiving Clerk
Receives incoming shipments/deliveries of materials, products, and or supplies. Counts items received and checks against
packing lists and purchase orders, recording any discrepancies. Prepares receiving or shipping reports and notes
any shortages or damages. Responsible for issuing return authorizations to customers, tracking receipt of returned
items and authorizing refunds. Must be detail oriented. Requires a minimum of 3 months relevant experience.
Works under general supervision. Reports to the Product Manager/senior management.
Project/Art Director
Uses knowledge of current IBM-PC graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions,
advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such
as websites and CD-ROMs. Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated
and seamless multimedia programs. Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify
areas of use in the organization. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and at least 4 years of experience
in the field. Adobe A.C.E. Certification in a related product or 4 years of NAPP membership required.
Familiar with multimedia and basic printing concepts, practices, and procedures. Expected to perform a
variety of tasks and be familiar with associated software. Leads and directs the work of others.
Works under general supervision, reports to the Public Relations Manager/senior management.
A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected.
Telecenter Manager
Plans and directs all aspects of the company's call center policies, objectives, and initiatives.
May require a bachelor's degree and extensive hands-on experience in the field.
Familiar with a variety of call center concepts, practices, and procedures including,
but not limited to, script writing and implementation, scheduling, training, motivating
and supervising call center personnel. Ability to design and implement call center
training programs. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity is expected.
