SkyNET 1¢ Plan This plan includes a $4.99 Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC). Calls from the primary telephone number billed at only 1¢ per minute & 29¢ to connect. All calls using the SkyCARD or PIN number are billed 2¢ per min, in 1 minute increments and 29¢ to connect. One-time $19.99 activation fee. Each account will receive a personalized SkyCARD travel card or a PIN number which can be used to place calls from any phone in the world that has toll free access. SkyNET customers with accounts in good standing will receive a $5 credit (applied to their SkyNET service) for each personal referral that becomes a new SkyNET customer.
