Broadband or Internet phone service

The SkyNET Internet phone service allows residential and business customers to use their cable modem, DSL modem, or other Broadband Internet connection to make and receive Voice over IP (VoIP) phone calls using an ordinary touchtone telephone and SkyNET's ATA (Analogue Telephone Adapter) box.

NOTE: A high speed internet connection such as DSL or broadband service is required for this type of service.

Toll Free or "Dial Around" phone service

The SkyNET Toll Free service allows residential and business customers to use their current local phone service from their local phone company or service provider to make the same Voice over IP (VoIP) phone calls using the phones that are already connected and working in their home or office. By calling a toll free number customers are connected to the SkyNET VoIP network servers and enjoy an international local calling area identical to that of the broadband customers. However, most of the additional calling features are not available with the toll free service.

NOTE: A working local telephone service is required for this type of service; however a long distance service provider is not needed. SkyNET becomes the long distance service that is accessed by calling a special toll free number. Calls made to the listed 36 international locations via this toll free access will be treated as if they were all local calls.

SkyNET's VoIP phone service allows customers in the United States and internationally to use their broadband Internet connection or a toll free access number to make phone calls anywhere in the world. Customers who select the SkyNET Unlimited Plan benefit from unlimited domestic and international calling to over 36 countries along with many advanced features for one low monthly price. Customers who select the 1 Cent Plan share the same advantages as the customers choosing the Unlimited Plan with a low 1¢ per minute usage charge.
